Meet Our Ladies (and Kevin)
These are the hearts and hands behind our beautifully clean cabins in Asheville. They’re the reason guests walk in and say, “It feels brand new.”
Each person on this team pours pride, care, and genuine love into making every cabin spotless, peaceful, and welcoming.
Every cleaner is entrusted with her own cabin—sometimes two—because ownership creates something deeper than a checklist. It creates a sense of responsibility, pride, and purpose. After each stay, they spend 4–6 hours making sure every corner is fresh, sanitized, and prepared like it’s the very first stay of the season.
Pam, our manager (middle row, 5th from the left), leads with kindness and heart. She encourages our team and sets the tone for the level of care our guests feel the moment they walk in.
Jennifer, our assistant manager (front row, far right), inspects every cabin after cleaning. She has an eye for detail and won’t sign off until everything is exactly right—cozy, spotless, and ready.
And Kevin (back row, far right) keeps the cabins and grounds running smoothly. When something needs attention, he’s the steady, friendly presence who makes sure your experience stays calm and comfortable.
